These Stuffed Cookies have been around for about nine months now and were created by Hawaii resident Troy Manaole.
We talked story with the man behind these sweet sensations, Troy.
How long have you been making These Stuffed Cookies?
We have been making stuffed cookies for about 9 months now.
How did you come up with the idea to stuff cookies?
They came to be from a summer break activity that my niece and I was working on. She loves to bake so we would come up with different ideas during her break from school. It started from a simple cookie recipe she found in a baking book, and evolved into this.
Wow! How many flavors are there to choose from?
We make 28 flavors and counting! I come up with new ideas constantly. The possibilities are endless!
We can’t wait to taste them all! What makes These Stuffed Cookies so special?
They are special because there's nothing else like them out there. There might be similar ideas, but each recipe and flavor we come up with is totally original. They are tried and tested and once given the thumbs up, are made with love and lots of patience!

We love These Stuffed Cookies and are really excited to be able to share them with everyone who loves cookies as well. We are grateful to have our cookies available at Rokaru and look forward to the growth that will come of it. Seeing our product in locations other than our own is exciting and goes to show that These Stuffed Cookies are definitely one of a kind!
