Rokaru translates to “local” in Japanese, and that’s exactly what we are.
We use island-sourced meats and vegetables to create each dish. We source ingredients from Kahumana Farms, Two Ladies Pig Farm, Aloun Farms, Honolulu Meat Company, Ranches from across Hawaii and more. When you eat here, you’re not only enjoying a delicious meal – you’re also supporting the local community!
